My client has a reputation - built over two hundred years - for providing the best legal experience for both private indviduals and businesses. At a core level they are a family business, but with over ninety employees in three locations they also have the resources to provide extensive support when ever required. Working out of their modern city centre office (which has excellent transportation links) the successful candidate will enjoy a fantastic work/life balance with great benefits including an attractive financial package. This firm always looks to promote from within whenever possible, so you're career will be in safe hands.
They are now looking for an experienced solicitor to join their rapidly expanding clinical negligence department. With a minimum of two years+ PQE the succesful candidate will have a strong back ground in clinical negligence and experience of generating fees/business development. There is already a healthy existing portfolio of cases, ranging from dental negligence to catasrophic injury. Whilst the office is based in central Oxford, it is envisaged that there will be some travelling required, however this is expected to just be regional.
This is great opportunity to join a friendly regional firm that places great emphasis on a good work/life balance, and where you're efforts will be rewarded. Benefits include a salary of £40-45K, expenses and a generous pension scheme.
