PERSONAL INJURY LAWYER - SOUTH DEVON
Beautiful location and top tier firm currently seeks a Personal Injury fee earner with at least 2 years case handling experience. You will be required to manage a full caseload of mainly fast track cases. The caseload may include some CICA cases but will also include a number of larger cases including disease. You will be expected to conduct and manage a caseload in all respects, including taking decisions in all day to day matters arising , involving considerable exercise of judgement, subject to supervision.
The job holder will accordingly require a sound theoretical knowledge of the work and an ability to conduct cases from beginning to end.
You must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
