CLINICAL NEGLIGENCE SOLICITOR - DEVON
Leading South West Law firm seek Clinical Negligence Solicitor 2 - 4 years PQE to join expanding team.
Essential Criteria
Solicitor
An individual who is client friendly, proactive and hard working
Some experience in clinical negligence/personal injury work, perhaps during training.
Able to assist panel member in running of complex claims.
Be willing to eventually develop a caseload of clinical negligence work through networking etc.
A good working knowledge of:-
·clinical negligence/ personal injury claims
·civil litigation procedure and CPR
Working knowledge and experience of:-
· NHS complaints procedure
· publicly funded civil work and LSC procedures
The successful applicant will join the clinical negligence team comprising 13 fee earners, being one of the largest in the South West.
