You will have an understanding of ATE funding and CFAs, with the ability to run cases through to conclusion. Your caseload will be made up of a varied mix of personal injury work including disease claims in the multi-track. It is important you have demonstrable experience in the required areas of personal injury if you are to make a success of this role.
