DERBY: this extensive personal injury practice requires a Legal Executive to run a caseload of industrial disease, EL, PL and RTA matters, including multi-track disputes. You'll familiarize yourself with CFAs and after the event insurance and manage your caseload with the assistance of a case management system. You'll be trained how to use it, if necessary.
It's a good opportunity to ply your trade at a PI leader with a healthy headcount of Legal Executives and Solicitors.
