An associate role for an experienced and highly capable solicitor looking to join a market leader. Clear partnership prospects for a candidate who can add further value to this already leading practice.
You will be an experience fee earner, comfortable handling claims with values in excess of £250,000. Handling EL, PL and RTA files you will manage your own caseload including delegating work to assistants and managing the performance of those assistants. Team working and leadership are equally important as you will work jointly with other fee earners to bring cases to conclusion.
Due to the complex nature of the work, this role is client facing and good client management and development skills are essential. Successful candidates will be IT literate and comfortable with managing CMSs.
