Our Client is a significant firm that is highly-regarded for their Insurance Litigation work. They have a new opportunity for a Large Loss Fee Earner (Solicitor or Legal Executive). You must be able to work unsupervised on multi-track EL, PL, and RTA cases with values in excess of £250,000 together with significant and/or complex catastrophic injury cases.
The position here will involve you working with an assistant/assistants and managing the delegation of work and performance of these assistants. You would be jointly responsible for the handling of cases to ensure their conclusion as soon as practically possible. This role does include client contact and client entertainment as and when necessary to promote the team and to ensure good working relationships are maintained.
You must be proficient in dealing with large value, complex multi track cases with minimal supervision. In addition, you will have CPR/Litigation and Defendant/Insurance experience. There is a competitive benefits package on offer, and the salary will be commensurate with your experience.
