Our Client is a highly-regarded firm who are seeking a Multi Track Solicitor for their Insurance Litigation team in Coventry. You will work with one of their senior Large Loss Fee Earners on non-delegated Employers' Liability, Public Liability and motor cases with values of £250,000.00 and above.
Whilst it is expected that the job holder will require minimal supervision on the more straightforward cases, the role offers the opportunity to work on high value, complex cases where supervision will be required. You will be jointly responsible for the handling of cases to ensure their conclusion as soon as practically possible. The role will involve significant client contact and client entertainment as and when necessary to promote the team and ensure that good working relationships are maintained.
You must be technically proficient in dealing with multi track cases (minimum 3 years Defendant PI experience), sufficiently experienced to work unsupervised on personal injury employers' liability, public liability and motor cases, and have experience of Insurance/Defendant work.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone to continue to develop their legal skills in a busy and challenging area of the law. Technical excellence is expected of fee earners in this team and many opportunities are given to ensure they continue to develop professionally and remain at the forefront in terms of their technical ability. Salary commensurate with experience.
