SPECIALIST NEUROTRAMA SOLICITOR - CITY OF LONDON
An exciting opportunity for a successful and ambitious Solicitor is currently available within the Neurotrauma section of this PI department in London. The Neurotrauma team specialises in acting for the victims of brain and spinal injuries claims, as well as multiple orthopaedic injury and fatal injury claims. This post is to work with high value adult brain and spinally injured clients and claims involving applications to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years PQE, with some PI experience and a strong desire to pursue a career within this field. In addition, excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills will be essential. The position would suit individuals who can provide excellent client care, working with challenging clients with severe behavioural or physical impairments. The legal work includes extensive evidence gathering, scheduling of losses and contentious litigation. Working within this team can provide high levels of satisfaction as it provides opportunity to assist clients access to ongoing rehabilitation services, therapy and suitable housing, all of which help to improve a clients quality of life. The team also has access to specialist client liaison support.
