Legal Assistant/Fee Earner Personal Injury Macclesfield - £20k
Our client was established by its Partners in 2005 as a law firm specialising in personal injury and industrial disease litigation.
They are there to help those people who have been injured in an accident to achieve the compensation, redress and answers that they deserve.
The role will involve handling of a caseload from the outset to the settlement dealing with about 100 files initially the rising up to about 250 files ideally, dealing with mostly RTA fast track and also a little variety with regards multi track.
Candidates must have Fee Earning experience within RTA although we will look at training for the right candidate on the litigation side of things.
