PERSONAL INJURY PARALEGAL - SOUTH WALES
Purpose
Defendant team based in Cardiff are looking for a paralegal to deal with a caseload of Defendant pre and post litigation Fast Track Personal Injury Cases.
Duties
The successful applicant must have experience in running their own PI caseload, however Defendant experience is not essential and applicants from a Claimant background will be considered.
Competencies
The successful applicant will have PI experience and understand the process of running a PI claim;
Excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with clients and other side solicitors
Computer literate and able to do own typing
An ability to deal with all aspects of litigation
Experience in running your own caseload
Team player
Common sense
Good organisational skills
Enthusiastic and
The ability to work to deadlines.
A minimum of a year's UK experience in Personal Injury is ESSENTIAL for this role!
