Our client is nationally recognised Insurance litigation practice. They currently have a job for Personal Injury Paralegal / Legal Executive to join their defendant team in Milton Keynes.
The role will involve handling small, fast and multi track RTA personal injury claims up to a value of £50,000.
The successful applicants must have 3+ years personal injury and motor claims, litigation and sound multi-track experience. Previous handling of cases between £10Kand £50K in value and use of a Case Management System are essential.
A legal qualification or extensive relevant experience, good communication, planning, and organisational skills together with the ability to use initiative and work well under pressure in a team environment is essential for this demanding role.
Our client operates a clear and open career structure which enables all our lawyers to know where they fit into the organisation and what is expected of them if they want to progress in the Firm.
They work within small teams, each led by a senior lawyer who provides guidance and assistance where required, while the other team members offer peer support.
