Personal Injury Pre-Litigated Defendant
Salary: £16,000 - £19,000
Location: Bristol
A Fantastic Opportunity has arisen for a Claims Negotiator to join a Legal Firm within in the Personal Injury Division (Defendant). You will manage you own caseload through to settlement and be provided with the opportunity to develop your personal Injury knowledge and negotiation skills.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates from a Motor Claims background to develop their knowledge of Personal Injury.
Responsibilities:
You will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload from interception to settlement via investigations and negotiation so strong communication skills are essential
To provide customers with a quality service by using appropriate means of communication that is timely, meaningful and effective
Skills:
Demonstrate excellent Communication Skills
Effective organisation skills
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to develop their knowledge of personal injury, the pre-action protocols and CPR
GCSE in Mathematics and English or equivalent
Good I.T Skills
There will also be the opportunity to partake in our clients training plan as well as refine your case handling skills.
