Personal Injury Pre-Litigated Defendant Paralegals - Bristol
Our client has several vacancies within their defendant pre-litigated team.
You will ideally have 12 months experience of managing your own Personal Injury or motor caseload working in a legal or claims handling environment.
You will be managing your own caseload through to settlement and this will provide you with the opportunity to further develop their personal injury knowledge, negotiation skills as well as their case handling skills.
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to develop their knowledge of personal injury and the pre-action protocols. There will also be the opportunity to partake in the firms training plan as well as refine your case handling skills
