Personal Injury Litigated Defendant Paralegals - Bristol
Our client has a several vacancies within fast track litigated defendant teams. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to manage their own caseload from its receipt to settlement.
You will receive comprehensive training on file management, negotiation skills, working within a case management system and you will have access to our in-house training programme.
Ideally you will have had up to 12 months experience working in either a pre-litigated or small claims Personal Injury team. Alternatively, you will have at least 12 months experience of working for an insurance company dealing directly clients and their claims.
