You'll join an established mid sized team working with some true experts in thier field. You'll find the department to be the perfect size and gearing- there are always one or two people more experienced off of whom you'll be able to bounce ideas. As regards the gearing within the team, you'll find there is plenty of headroom for you to grow your career provided you have a couple of years under your belt. What areas of work will you cover in your new role? The whole raft of issues that you would expect from a team that has one of the strongest reputations in the region: brain injury, negligence cases including paediatric, particular conditions such as cerebral palsy, pregnancy related cases, claims around anaesthesia, conditions left undiagnosed and claims relating to surgery. Your work will involve understanding and becoming involved in clinical risk matters as well as dealing with inquests. With this breadth and depth of high end instructions you'll find no two days are the same and thrive on the fact that you're part of a team that punches well and truly above its weight.
