BIRMINGHAM: this leading ULR firm requires a Legal Executive or Paralegal to coordinate and supervise a team of around 5 other fee earners. You would be able to move away from individual targets and file management as your role would be to manage the more demanding legal aspects of your charges' caseloads.

The firm also operates a bonus scheme that will earn you up to £2600 if the ULR practice hits target. In the past 5 years the team has hit target every time - a fact that can be verified if you're called for interview. Additionally, there is a generous fringe benefits package.

The ULR practice at this firm is led by a laid-back and charismatic Partner who cut his teeth at one of the country's leading law firms. His aim was to draw on the best aspects of legal practice that permeated that firm, but without the nose to the grindstone culture. He is very much a rainmaker and is always striving to secure more and more client wins so it is very much a thriving practice.
