PERSONAL INJURY SOLICITOR - Birmingham - LEADING FIRM!
Our Client has a highly regarded Injury Risk team in their central Birmingham office. They advise insurers and corporate clients in their defence of claims relating to fatal accidents, catastrophic injuries, EL/PL, sports injuries and severe RTA.
They are seeking a Solicitor with at least 4 years relevant experience. The role for you here will be dealing with a caseload of predominantly high value work. You will be the first point of contact for designated clients. Building of client relationships at all levels - the contacts will range from in-house legal teams to production departments, HR teams, line managers etc.
This position will also require you to obtain and draft pleadings, witness statements and letters of response, conduct face to face negotiations/mediation of claims, prepare detailed schedules of damage and counter schedules. Participation in marketing and client training events will be expected too.
The ideal Solicitor for this position will have experience of working in the field of motor, casualty and / or product liability defendant litigation.
