An exciting opportunity for a RTA fee earner to join a market leading personal injury specialist firm in Birmingham city centre. The successful candidate will be experienced in running their own caseload of defendant fast track RTA files.
You will have at least 12 months litigation experience and a comprehensive knowledge of PI claims handling and experience and knowledge of road traffic accident law, pre-action protocols, Court rules, reviewing and valuation of injuries, assessment of special and general damages
The salary will be dependent upon experience and will be between £20 - £30K
