My client has a specialist clinical negligence team providing expert defendant advice across the private and public sectors. This team has an opening for an ambitious clinical negligence solicitor to handle complex and high value matters. Applications will be considered from incumbent defendant clinical negligence practitioners along with strong defendant insurance solicitors or claimant clinical negligence lawyers looking to make the transition to defendant work.

On offer is an exciting caseload ranging from minor injuries to multi-million pound cases which are frequently reported on a national level.
