Market leading firm seeks an accomplished Personal Injury Legal Executive to join their specialist personal injury fraud team.
You will ideally have at least one year's experience of defendant personal injury work but candidates with significant paralegal experience will also be considered. Knowledge of fraudulent cases is not essential, but evidence of involvement or an interest of in this work is preferable.
Handling a varied caseload of EL, PL and motor claims (both pre-litigated and litigated), you will gain experience of instances such as contrived cases, phantom passengers and exaggerated claims. You will receive excellent support and training as you continue to develop your skills in this niche area.
