**PERSONAL INJURY PARALEGAL - CLAIMAINT - BIRMINGHAM**
Our Client has an outstanding reputation and they have an exciting new job opportunity for a Personal Injury paralegal in their Birmingham office. The post holder will handle a mixed caseload of claimant fast track RTA and EL cases effectively, ensuring a pro-active and high level of client care, working in compliance with relevant customer service level requirements. The main duties are as follows:
"Preliminary vetting and investigation of new claims.
"Obtaining and analyzing claimants' evidence/statutory duties.
"Statement taking from clients and witnesses.
"Special damages calculations and quantum investigations.
"Completing all admin work associated with office procedure.
"Completing all work in accordance with customer service level agreements.
"Conducting all cases/claims to trial with supervision.
"Assisting other members of the team when appropriate.
Candidates must have 2 years claimant PI experience and knowledge of the PI claim process to trial. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential, as are the ability to cope with tight deadlines and work on own initiative. Good word processing and keyboard skills are also necessary. Some experience of running issued proceedings would be an advantage. Competitive salary on offer depending on experience £15k - £20k.
