Our client is one of the leading regional law firms in the South east and at present they have an opportunity within their Industrial Disease Group for an experienced Solicitor with an Asbestos Related Disease background.
The ideal candidate is likely to have been qualified for more than five years with the majority of their time working on Asbestos Related cases.
Qualities and experiences that the firm will be looking for:-
"A strong understanding of Asbestos Related Disease and industries.
"First rate technical ability within Industrial Disease.
"Strong client management skills. The ability to explore potential New Business opportunities.
"Experience managing others.
"Ability to manage own caseload.
"An ability and desire to continue to learn and develop.
"Keenness to truly understand and represent clients.
"Self motivated with a proactive approach to maintaining high levels work.
"Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
"Good interpersonal skills.
"Able to work effectively in a team.
