A highly regarded Personal Injury Department is seeking to recruit a new lawyer, based in the Reading office. The Personal Injury Department has been consistently rated in both Chambers Directory and the Legal 500 as one of the leading personal injury practices in the South of England.
This vacancy for a Solicitor arises in a team of three Solicitors in the Reading office and will involve handling mainly employers liability claims, with some industrial disease work. The applicant should have a good general background in personal injury work preferably with experience of employers liability and industrial disease claims.
The position will suit a qualified Solicitor between 1-4 years post qualification. The applicant will be expected to handle a range of personal injury claims efficiently, expeditiously and to a high standard combined with versatility and the ability to work as a member of a closely knit team.
