Our client is one of the largest and best known legal practices in Reading. They currently have a job for a Cost Draughtsman/ Negotiator to join their highly regarded Industrial Disease Group.
The successful candidate must have experience with the following:
-Drafting bills of costs of all descriptions
-Drafting points of dispute / replies
-Managing own case load
-Negotiating settlement of costs claims
-You will preferably be a member of the Association of Law Cost Draftsmen.
This role comes with a practice voted as the best UK regional law firm to work for in its class in the Sunday Times, and best law firm to work for in the south east for two years in a row.
