COSTS DRAFTSPERSON - READING
Recognised firm based in the heart of the Thames Valley, currently seeks a Costs Drafts person who has had some exposure to industrial disease claimant work
Must have some experience within a large commercial law firm
The position will involve;
- Working closely with fee earners on all legal costs issues
- Preparation of all types of civil bills of costs
- Both Fast Track and Multi Track cases
- Drafting detailed Bills of Costs
- Negotiation duties
- Advising on Claimants costs
- Attending both summary and detailed assessments
