Job Description

Opportunity to work for this well respected firm in Bath. As a member of the personal injury department you will have the opportunity to undertake your own caseload of claimant personal injury files.

Applicants should have previous personal injury experience and have the technical stills to manage their own caseload. Particular issues will include particulars of claim, responding to defences, making applications to the court, negotiating settlement and organising payments.

Training will be given, with access to more complex cases and management responsibility for a candidate with sufficient experience. Career progression will occur as the department continues to grow.

Candidates who have at least twelve months personal injury experience will take precedent, with salary varying to reflect experience.
