Fantastic role for a corporate paralegal with 2+ years experience within a City firm! This firm works largely within hedge funds, so experience of this area is an advantage but not essential, although you will need to have covered company secretarial work such as company formations, filing at Companies House, company searches, preparing board resolutions and back, liaising with offshore counsel and preparing bibles. You’ll be working in a friendly and informal team on interesting matters and really putting your legal skills to the test. This is a great opportunity to join a firm that works at the highest level but truly understands the ‘work-life balance’, so staff enjoy benefits & perks that include standard hours of 9:30-5:30, 25 days holiday, non-contributory pension, any overtime paid, private health insurance and a season ticket.
