This role will appeal to those local authority lawyers who are keen to ply their trade in private practice, as well as those already in the private sector who are keen to move. This is because this expert planning team is one of the best across the Midlands as a whole, and enjoys relationships with an enviable array of key clients from public bodies to Plcs.
You'll be exposed to a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters and will take an active role in preparing for public inquiries into planning consent issues for the full range of development purposes.
