Credit Hire Paralegal
Location: Reading
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 (35 hours per week)

We are currently seeking Credit Hire Paralegal to join our clients growing Credit Hire team which assists solely with defendant cases. An excellent opportunity to join a practice that is seen as the undisputed market leaders in the handling of credit hire claims.

All team members are provided with all the necessary training, knowledge and tactical support to enable the case handler to fulfil the role

Responsibilities:

Assist insurance companies in combating the continuing problems caused by credit hire claims
Assist the fee earners in the credit hire team to deal with litigated claims all the way to a final hearing, in doing so keep to an absolute minimum the amount of credit hire charges paid

Skills:

Academic and/or legal qualifications are not essential, but are desirable.
A level understanding of litigation or experience in this field would be an advantage.
Good communication skills (written and telephone)
Computer Literate
