This team are one of the largest, with 3 partners, 2 associates and 8 solicitors and an emphasis on working closely with housing associations. You will be involved in the tender process, and also be expected to take the lead in business development. They are highly successful and are consistantly lauded by all the UK directories for their residential practice, and in particular their expertise in regards housing association clients. They act for a range of associations, and are constantly successful in tendering for further work as well as keeping their existing clients further to re-tendering.
