Solicitor/ Barrister/ Legal Executive (FILEX) required for locum cover for at least three months Applicants MUST have recent experience of Local Authority work.
Expertise is required in:- Prosecution work - Order making - (Tree Preservation Orders, Street Closure Orders and Off Street Parking Orders) - Attendance at and advice to Planning & Licensing Committees - Civil Court work - RIPA advice - FOI advice - Housing advice - Environmental Health matters - Waste & Environmental Services issues - General Legal advice/research
