HOUSING LAW CASEWORKER - HERTFORDSHIRE
A highly motivated, articulate, intelligent, well rounded individual, with at least 12 months experience of advice work and/or working with homeless people in a related field is required to join this busy housing team. Should have some experience in homelessness, defending possession proceedings, and commencing claims for unlawful eviction and disrepair. An interest in Advocacy is an advantage, and prior litigation experience a bonus. Experience of working to Legal Aid franchise standards is also an advantage but not a prerequisite. Within this role the right candidate will also have the opportunity to gain experience in other areas of commercial litigation and employment law.
