This opportunity is to join a professional planning department to complement our clients existing legal services, including the carrying out of planning appraisals, local plan monitoring and negotiating planning consents.
You will have a working knowledge of general planning law, be familiar with EIA regulations, minerals and waste, ecology and historic buildings. The ideal candidate will need to be adaptable and flexible in your approach, highly motivated and adept at marketing to help expand the existing client base. A sound commercial approach is essential. You will be comfortable in a team environment and keen to progress your professional career. A minimum of three years experience gained in the public or private sector is essential.
