Social Housing Solicitor-£40k-£45k-Portsmouth, Fareham, Chichester One of the leading law firms in South East England are currently working with a number of Social Housing organisations. They are dealing with a range of development and acquisition projects, including construction, planning, sales and general litigation work. You will be joining a team of 4 specialists in the housing field along with support staff. The team also has support from the firms other departments. The position will involve taking the lead on all Real Estate aspects of Social Housing work with extensive support from the firms Business Development, Charities, Property, Finance and Litigation teams. This is an ideal opportunity for an individual with a strong Social Housing background in non contentious property matters and the ability to work closely with the marketing and practice development team.
