Assistant Solicitor – Planning or Legal Executive
Location: Exeter
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000
A Solicitor or Legal Executive with knowledge and practical experience of planning law to work within busy and friendly team of six specialist solicitors. Clients include national and regional developers, local authorities and central government
Responsibilities:
Managing own caseload
Assisting other fee earning colleagues in the Department
Assisting with the development of the planning and local government client base and practice
Skills
Sound knowledge of planning law including planning applications, planning and highway agreements and appeals
Desire and ability to assist in the continuing development of the firm's planning and local government practice
Excellent communication skills in order to relate confidently with professional contacts and clients
