Recognised as one of the leading firms in the South East, they are now looking to recruit a Solicitor with 0-2 years PQE to join the Commercial Litigation department. Enthusiastic and motivated, the successful candidate will manage disputes, liaise with Court and with Counsel and undertake legal research on substantive and procedural issues. In addition, the role holder will be expected to play a full role as a member of the Property Dispute Resolution team in all aspects of work including fee-earning, business development and continuing education and development.
