Commercial Litigation Legal Executive £25k- £28k-West Sussex
Our client has a great Job Opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Legal Executive in one of their Sussex Offices.
Your main work will be handling negligence claims against the firm; effectively managing the end-to-end process; reviewing liability and quantum, liaising with the firm's fee earners and investigating claims; preparing reports to insurers; liaising with insurers and their solicitors
Providing regular progress updates to the Head of Department
Working on own cases and as a member of a team on larger commercial/corporate disputes
You will ideally have:
Previous legal work experience in commercial litigation, ideally 12 months or more
A genuine interest in developing skills in the field of professional negligence
A high level of motivation, commitment and enthusiasm
Client focus, with a strength in building and sustaining relationships
Commercial awareness
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
