An efficient and skilled Property Litigation Solicitor is currently required for a developing team in Solihull. Salary up to £30k.
The Client: The client is a friendly firm with a budding reputation. A steady increase in workload has seen this solicitors open offices in and around the Midlands. This client ensures that working hard will be recognised by offering excellent benefits including childcare vouchers and good holiday entitlement.
The Role: An experienced Property Litigation Solicitor is required to help support a busy team, please note the role is initially based in Solihull but will be Birmingham City centre after March 2008 due to relocation of the firm. The successful candidate will be required to undertake a variety of duties including: dealing with routine Court applications, managing own caseload and handling a small amount of residential and Commercial Landlord and Tenant disputes, in addition to any other duties as requested. Candidates should have good Commercial Litigation/property Litigation experience.
This role is best suited to candidates who are client focused team players with a passion for law. Salary up to £30k for the successful candidate, to vary depending upon experience.
