Salary of up to £50k is available for a highly skilled and experienced Solicitor in Stourbridge who has sound working knowledge of Commercial Litigation law.
The Client: Our client is a highly reputable and friendly firm established in the late 1800's . The firm specialises in Business and Private affairs which covers a wide variety of law including Family and Corporate law, they are continually expanding to meet their clients requirements while maintaining the personal touch. This successful firm is now one of the largest in the West Midlands and is always looking for new candidates to add to their development.
The Role: Applications are being welcomed from Solicitors who have pure Commercial Litigation experience and have worked within a similar role for a number of years. The successful candidate will be handling a varied caseload including contractual disputes, companies act (experience of Section 459 actions required), warranty claims, share purchase disputes, deferred consideration claims, director removal, agents disputes and company commercial disputes. Ideal candidates will be real go-getters who are enthusiastic, dynamic and enjoy marketing their skills.
