Our client is friendly black country law firm that offers a legal executive a working family environment within its Civil litigation department.
Having been established for over 50 years, the law firm has gained an excellent longstanding reputation where new business is gained through referral and recommendation.
As a legal executive you will have at least 2 years experience working in a law firm within both civil litigation and commercial litigation. You will also be experienced legal executive that is able to make representations at Court and will be fully versed in the drafting of court documentation; e.g; Claim Forms Particulars of Claim, Witness Statements and Defences. As we all like to resolve matters before reaching the courts, it is essential that you have good negotiating skills in order to try and bring matters to a conclusion and avoid the need for court intervention. The team within this law firm that you will be apart of is supportive and friendly and a work life balance is always an important factor.
