A skilled Solicitor who demonstrates sound Civil and Commercial Litigation knowledge is currently required for a Leamington Spa law firm. Salary up to £45k.
The Client: Our client has a fantastic reputation throughout Warwickshire with this role based in the Leamington Spa branch. It is a professional yet friendly firm with Quality Accreditation from the British Standards Institute and the Legal Services Commission.
The Role: Our client is seeking an experienced Solicitor who has sound knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules, contract law, tort, trespass, nuisance and landlord and tenant law. The successful candidate will be required to: Handle an existing caseload, develop the client base, promote and market the firm, attend relevant meetings, provide an efficient and quality service to clients and all other duties as required. Candidates must have a current Practising Certificate, a full driving licence and use of car, IT skills and strong negotiating, presentation, marketing and interpersonal skills.
