Excellent commercial litigation role for ambitious solicitor seeking to handle quality disputes work. Enjoy hands on exposure to a high quality contentious caseload as one of the best known firms outside of Birmingham builds their respected litigation team. Dealing with a UK wide list of clients from successful local businesses to national plcs you'll advise on the full range of commercial disputes including professional negligence, property litigation and construction related work alongside the usual contractual and business related matters. A role that would suit either an assistant solicitor or associate with a minimum of 2 years pqe, you'll be encouraged to have a high level of client contact and to make an active contribution to marketing efforts. With firm and department expanding year on year there is a clear path to partnership ahead of you and strong salary and benefits package from day one.
