CLINICAL NEGLIGENCE LAWYER - SOUTH WEST LONDON
Leading Legal 500 Heathcare law firm are seeking a lawyer to join their market leading Clinical Law department.
Candidates will be expected to have at least 2 years litigation experience, preferably gained within a leading medical negligence or personal injury practice.
The role will initially involve managing your own caseload of clinical negligence claims, as well as undertaking regulatory work.
The successful candidate will therefore need to be a confident litigator who is dynamic, self-motivated and able to work independently.

The firm acts for over 150 healthcare clients, including NHS Trusts and Health Authorities, regulatory bodies, charities and independent healthcare providers. The Clinical Law department comprises of 11 partners, 14 lawyers, 2 trainees and 6 paralegals. In addition to clinical negligence work it carries out a wide range of other work, which includes advising on regulatory matters, public law issues, judicial reviews, mental health issues and clinical risk management.
