This is a rare and certainly exciting opportunity to join one of the most successful law firms in Bristol.
My clients are very highly regarded in both Chambers and Legal 500 and are regular contenders in the top 100 UK law firms.
The Professional negligence team works with national insurance clients, principally defending a variety of different professionals. The team is nearly 30 fee earners strong making them one of the strongest teams in the South West.
The successful candidate will be able to work on a current caseload which will include instructions received from major insurers underwriting solicitors' claims as well as an increasing number of claims against accountants, financial advisers, construction professionals, marine surveyors and IT consultants.
The successful candidate will have good experience in professional negligence or defendant personal injury ideally from a city or large regional firm. Newly qualified candidates will have ideally have experienced an insurance or negligence seat, but more importantly be committed to developing a career in this area.
