This well established Legal 500 East Midlands practice is expanding its Dispute Resolution team due to a continued demand for their expertise. They are currently looking to recruit a recently qualified Solicitor to join a partner led team handling a range of commercial litigation matters. Successful applicants will have a good understanding of CPR and be willing to undertake their own advocacy where possible. Newly qualified Solicitors MUST have spent at least 6 months of their training contract in a Commercial Litigation seat.
