Leading Practice seeks 1-3 Yr Civil litigation Solicitor/Legal Executive (FILEX) for Northampton office. PI experience required in PL, EL, product liability and road traffic cases and non PI liabilty claims. The candidate will be required to run their own caseload of fast/multi-track pre and post litigated cases, incl negotiating settlement of damages and costs with minimal supervision. Court experience required. Defendant and claimant backgrounds considered. The successful with receive a clear commitment from the firm to career progression/promotion and an exellent working environment and salary. Large regional/city experience desirable.
