TEAM LEADER - MOTOR CLAIMS PRE-PROCEEDINGS TEAM - LANCASHIRE
Leading insurance litigation firm seeks team leader for pre-proceedings team dealing with Motor claims work, handling large volumes of small and fast track motor litigation. Role is to encourage, mentor and develop all team members and to ensure team meets objectives and targets and improve quality of service delivered. Must have a minimum of 12 months UK legal experience, preferably within motor claims, excellent listening and verbal communication skills, ability to relate to people and to nurture and develop individual working and learning styles, to give and receive constructive feedback, to remain calm under pressure and to remain fair and objective at all times. Professional qualification desirable but a good standard of education acceptable.
