Manchester, thriving PI firm in the city centre requires a Small Claims Supervisor with experience of managing a team.
Solicitor/experienced Paralegal or Legal Executive sought to supervise a team of up to 12 Fee Earners and also manage your own very small caseload, so organisation and multi-tasking skills are essential. You will receive full secretarial support and possess good technical knowledge of managing litigated files.
You will be advising team members on technical and procedural queries on their files on a daily basis as well as assisting the Human Resources Department in recruitment and disciplinary matters involving members of your team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make a step up into a supervisory capacity.
