Their Chambers rated Commercial Disputes team can now offer an ambitious assistant level solicitor the chance to really kick start their career. Working alongside leading lights you'll gain hands on exposure to a diverse caseload of dispute matters including;
·Contractual Disputes
·Shareholder Disputes
·Directors Liability
·IP related matters
·Professional Negligence
·Property Litigation
The team houses expertise in the full range of dispute resolution tactics and you'll develop your ADR and Mediation abilities as well as furthering traditional litigation skills.
Away from fee earning you'll also be encouraged to play a full and active role in Business Development as you begin to build the network of contacts that will help shape you career.
